i got banned for some stupid stuff

If you said something bad, then you said something bad...its plain and simple and there is no taking that back. Everything that gets reported gets looked at, some times in context if there is a spot for evidence to be given but calling someone that is never
okay to do...even online to someone you don't know...even if they were harassing you first.

The Code of Conduct exists for a reason. Xbox/Microsoft will deal with the bullies so long as we point out to them who they are...by neglecting to do so you in a way become the bully.

Try and stay away from internet trolls. I can agree its very stupid, yet it is very sad when people get themselves banned for doing something they were highly aware they could get banned/suspended for.

Do you report people when they cuss you out? If not then that could be why there are no repercussions. Chances are if you got banned after sending a message it was because they reported you. Also, I believe that is one of the words that will get you a
ban because it is ableist.

Keep in mind that you could have been banned for actions made in the past, not necessarily that message.

You only get banned if you're reported, same as any other person. If you receive what you think is a ban worthy message, report it, and when you do, leave a comment explaining why (even if it's obvious).

Always report and block never respond.
