I got banned for no reason

Discus and support I got banned for no reason in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I been banned for something that i didn't do account theft.     I been banned for something that i didn't do account theft. I wasn't on my account for 4 months and soon as i got online i got banned for no reason

    I got banned for no reason

    The other day I got a text msg from my Xbox friend saying he got an email saying he was banned. And I thought that was strange because he doesn't hack or anything. Then I checked my email and saw I was banned to. it said I was stealing accounts or something
    which I never did. The only thing I think could have caused this is that me and my friend love to troll people for a laugh. And so maybe people reported us or something. I don't know what happened. Please help

    You can view your ban at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
