I got banned for no reason

Ok , I have being playing Xbox live online multiplayer games since halo 3 , back to the Xbox 360 , know i only play Smite on the xbox one , its the if not the only multiplayer game that I play and enjoy, and i am aware I am a toxic player , because a I
am a very competitive player , and I had receive in this year already 4 bans , 3 of which were only communications and 1 for Xbox live privileges and normally I will be ok with that , because I know I did bad in trying to offend people with messages and
spamming , so I am ok with the consequences and every day I try to be a better person, so here is the problem, the day of October 18 I played a match of smite , in which I called a player a RETARD , at the end of the match I recived a email saying I
was banned of COMMUNICATIOS ONLY , I was ok with that because I did bad and i stand for consequences, so I keep playing smite for about 7 hours , I finish , I go with my day , and i go to sleep. The next day , around 9 am I decide to play smite on my Xbox
one , I played around 5 matches trying to act like a good boy because I already know for my experience that the next ban will affect my multiplayer privileges, and that point I still had the ban for communications, so basically I couldn't send messages ,
join Xbox live party's etc etc , so I finished my 7 match and i notice suddenly that my Xbox live privileges were taken down, I can not play any multiplayer game , I can't do basically anything social related. But why ?I didn't do anything bad , I am aware
of what can cause a ban , I don't spam , I couldn't send messages of something like that , nothing ! It just happened , then I try to review my ban but here is the problem, they send a email saying that for my previous banns I can not receive a review of
this ban , and normally I will be ok with that, because I stand for the consequences of your actions but this t8me I d8d noth8ng wrong? What can i do ? It's really unfair and frustrating....

I got banned for no reason

The other day I got a text msg from my Xbox friend saying he got an email saying he was banned. And I thought that was strange because he doesn't hack or anything. Then I checked my email and saw I was banned to. it said I was stealing accounts or something
which I never did. The only thing I think could have caused this is that me and my friend love to troll people for a laugh. And so maybe people reported us or something. I don't know what happened. Please help

 

next month it's my birthday, I was thinking on buying the Xbox s , if this situation doesn't get fix then this will be prove that xbox doesnt care or doesn't do a good work on his problems and i will prefer something else like a Nintendo switch or
a good pc

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If you're unable to submit a case review, all you can do is wait it out. There is no other way to contact them.
