I got banned for no reason is this mistake or something I’m actually mad

Again I’m not trying to threat I’m just so mad that I got perm banned for no reason.

There's something that you are not understanding. The device should have ever been banned in the first place. It is obviously a mistake because I never got an email and there is no enforcement history on my account. My Xbox was banned for no reason at all
and I would like a solution since we can't speak to an actual human being.
