i got banned for my gamertag

hello, today i go on my xboxlive account and i have seen that they have band me for my gamer tag for no reason my gamer tag is XCHiiC4Go9072 i don't know why i got because i din't even get a mail so i am asking what can i do ?

You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com You typically won't get a ban for a gamertag. They would just issue a forced gamertag change.

my gamertag is and i got banned because i asked someone nicely to switch character in for honor and i got banned. i did get legit banned before but there were a reason in it

Even if that gamertag has been inactive for an extremely long time? I tried to contact the owner on several occasions and I am starting to think it got banned. One of my other accounts got banned and I couldn't use that gamertag ever again.
