I got banned for kinda of and kinda not a good reason

So look I’ve been playing Xbox who knows how long and ever since I’ve started I haven’t been comm banned or anything for the matter so when I got a notice saying hey we blocked your com and this and that try and appeal blah blah I was very confused and thought it was a kid at 4 or 3 in the morning so me thinking that I said look i can show you everything I’m not a cheat I get trashed and trashed talked on more then I’ve ever talked to someone. (example will be below) so I sent in the appeal come back from work today and see denied so confused me I’m like well it doesn’t make sense till I see activity feed and I was confused my activity feed is blocked from everyone friends and not friends my eyes only so of course I go look and see that six years ago probably on forza horizon 4,3 idk but I said that a Bugatti destroyed my Lamborghini and I said something along the lines of without writhing it out fully and with one letter it had the k word in it with a y and a s. So either I deserve it or not idc I have a ps5 which I used my outlook and my gamer tag just to mess around and be like screw you sony but Sony I believe wouldn’t report me for a childish behavior towards an inanimate object such as a vehicle in a game that no one could see me rip on. Plus I had actually tried to delete my old activity feed but the os is so laggy deleting all of it is impossible and honestly wouldn’t matter either way. Cause its blocked from all eyes
