i got banned for calling someone a jerk

i got banned because i messaged some guy and called him a jerk, but he can sit in a party and call me the n word and be racist towards me, i don’t get how me calling him a jerk gets me banned when xbox enforcement page tells me to stop the jerks it litterally
says “how to stop the jerks” then when i call the racist rude person a jerk i get banned ? and then i go on to the case review and the page freezes or it won’t let me click ickes click any buttons so i refresh the page but it kicks to and now i have to wait

I got communications banned by a person named [Mod Removed]. The reason I called him that was because I was playing rainbow six siege and him and a few other people were teamkilling me constantly to the point where I couldn't have fun and play the game.
Then at the near end of the game trig teamkilled me again and got kicked from the game for teamkill and I sent him a message saying "karma [Mod Removed]". Next he sent me an invite and i said "i'm not joining a [Mod Removed]".Then after that he starts spamming
me with party invites saying "join". But I didn't because i knew he was going to trash talk. Next day I get a seven day communication ban. Now I can understand that that is technically hate speech, but 7 days is a bit extreme for "[Mod Removed]" I have said
something way worse a few months back and only got a one or two day communication ban so the fact I got seven days for in comparison light hate speech is kind of unfair and if I can't remove it, I want it shortened because seven days for that is unfair.

All reports are investigated and a suspension is issued after an investigation is completed. Those investigations take time. The suspension you received may not have been for the incident you are describing. It could have been for something earlier.

Best thing to do when you run into any user that is making comments that is against the Code of Conduct, do not respond to them. Just mute, report, and block them.

Keep in mind, the Enforcement team does not use the forums and are only contactable via the case review process at enforcement.xbox.com.

If you want more information about your suspension, no one in the forums can assist. Phone support can only say you have a suspension, they can't give any details.

 

Same happened to my brother but he team killed a squeaker for saying he sucked while the kid was 0 kills on 4 deaths and my bro had 1 kill 2 deaths better rhan the squeaker
