Hi there,

All reports are investigated and a suspension is issued after an investigation is completed. Those investigations take time. The suspension you received may not have been for the incident you are describing. It could have been for something earlier.

Best thing to do when you run into any user that is making comments that is against the Code of Conduct, do not respond to them. Just mute, report, and block them.

Keep in mind, the Enforcement team does not use the forums and are only contactable via the case review process at enforcement.xbox.com.

If you want more information about your suspension, no one in the forums can assist. Phone support can only say you have a suspension, they can't give any details.

I got banned for calling out a cheater

The Only way to get your account unsuspended would be to sign into your account at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

The enforcement team are the only ones that put suspensions on the account and are the only ones that can lift suspensions and the only way to talk to them is through the case review process.

As long as you reported him and he did something that would have violated the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct then when the enforcement team investigates the report they will suspend his account.
You will never know the outcome of that investigation. The enforcement team does not give out results to their investigation to anyone besides the person that they are suspending.

Sorry your coms got banned by Xbox enforcement team for some time. You should have just reported that kid of calling you names, instead of retaliating. Chances are the Xbox enforcement team also saw that kids convo with you calling names and he would be
block or worst banned as well. No swearing is really allowed using Xbox service kids. Please learn the TOU of Xbox to prevent incident like this from ever happening to you again.

If the enforcement deem those letters you say inappropriate then they are inappropriate and nope I will not get banned as I respect gay people and don't call them the bad word you use. You need to grow up and learn from your mistakes and follow the rules
so you don't get punish again.
