i got banned for 360 days

You don't 24hour bans don't have appeal because the team won't have enough time to investigate and get back to you before the ban is done

Also it doesn't matter if you did it or your brother or your dog spot did it you are responsible for your own account

There is no reason for him to be on there as home gold applies to all accounts unless you are doing something you aren't supposed to do like sharing games with people you don't know

lots of kiddies are reporting most gamerpics and screenshots and video uploads because basically they know people will get banned, the system is broken and until microsoft fix the issue nothing can be done. It is all automated.

Hi, I haven’t been communication banned in almost 4 years and i got banned 2 days ago and when i go to my enforcement history it is not showing the day i got banned and for how long i will be banned i need help knowing how long my ban is.

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can get a suspension. In situations like that it's best to just report and block.

While some Code of Conduct violations are immediately resolved, XBLPET also conducts reactive investigations. Many of these investigations are triggered by player complaints. The Code of Conduct has no statute of limitations, and
users may be enforced upon at any time for past offenses.

A player may be offline (or playing single player) at the time of the suspension, but his or her online status at that particular moment may have no bearing on the reason behind the enforcement. If you receive a suspension and are
not sure why it occurred, please check the email sent to your Microsoft Account or view your
Enforcement History on enforcement.xbox.com.
