I got banned for 2days playing multiplayer and party chats for making a looking for group post

Only Enforcement can tell you specifically why as no-one else has access to that system. It might be because you were using it to recruit to a club rather than trying to find players to play with (which is what LFG is supposed to be for)...but I am just speculating

I got a communication ban on the 7 June then a multiplayer ban on the 8 June finished both bans and nearly a week later I still can't message or party chat

I don’t understand. Milsim/clan group posts IS looking for group. When you make a milsim group post, your specifically looking for a group of players to play like you.

Also, if it’s not solicitation why did the Xbox enforcement team tell me that’s why I was banned?

its probably because of the xbox card prize, i think it would need to be done through a legit tournament website like esports or others alike. the card is also for dollars and this would make it regional rather than global.

i may be wrong but i think this is why. you would have had no problems before as it wouldn't have been reported. sorry for any inconvenience
