I got banned for 24 hours from a bug!

Ok A lot of people have been requesting a bug fix for this because a lot of us have been getting banned for no real reason, also letting you I haven't been quitting games at the time i recorded these. I would please like someone to tell me why this is happening?
If this is a bug it needs to get fixed pronto! every time a match finishes just
before it shows leaderboard it disconnects ("Your console has lost connection to server" or "You have disconnected from the game") I have already been banned for 24hours because of this D: I don't want to get banned permanently from
my favourite game! PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS as I'm not the first to have this issue.

I just got banned for 24 hours for communication also. I have no idea why.

Yes i was also banned for five hours at one point because a bug during a game.

it is a 48 hour ban from communication. or 24 hour ban from xbox entirely. i beileive,

i understand. you said i can file for an appeal if my ban is over 24 hours? well my ban starts from 11pm on the 24th until 3am on the 26th. this is 28 hours so why cant i file for an appeal? i think my account is bugged are you able to pass my case along to anyone on the enforcement team? or to whoever is involved in fixing account issues? thanks for your replies.

Would probably be better to say bans around 24 hours...effectively, it means any ban that is less than 72 hours in length (bans generally go from 24 hours..or around...then 72 hours, then a week etc)

Reason bans of this length aren't appealable is because it would take longer to invesigate the ban than the length of the ban itself..probably thousand of people get 24ish hour comm bans a day and would require a team of thousands to investigate them if they were all appealable.

Regarding your question of the point of having the Independent Advisor's replying, they are there to point people in the right direction or offer problem solving advice if possible.
