I got banned for 1 day but it’s showing 2 days

The suspension would have been issued by the enforcement team, not the other player. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information on why he was suspended, but
a 24 hour suspension is not eligible for a case review so all he can do is wait it out.

As far as the other player, your son would need to report them via their profile in order for the enforcement team to investigate them and take the appropriate action.

Hi, I haven’t been communication banned in almost 4 years and i got banned 2 days ago and when i go to my enforcement history it is not showing the day i got banned and for how long i will be banned i need help knowing how long my ban is.

Finally someone else who has my problem, mines a bit different tho, i was banned for 1 week then the next day banned for 2 weeks and if i go to xbox support it has no reasoning for the suspension

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can get a suspension. In situations like that it's best to just report and block.
