I got banned false banned no details or case review

If it's not eligible for a case review, then there is nothing that can be done.

As you were told before, people only get banned after an investigation is carried out so there isn't a possibility that you got false banned.

You won't get banned for a false report.All reports are investigated before any action is taken.

As the enforcement team don't use the forums you would need to log on to the enforcement site HERE for details on your ban/suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

Reports are always checked, false reports don't exist. If your son got banned, there was a reason. You can go to
enforcement.xbox.com and see if it's possible to apply for a case review.

If your ban is eligible you can file a case review. But not all bans are. They will give you a general reason for the ban but will not detail any specifics.
