    I got banned but I don’t know why


    I got banned for something but I don’t know what I got banned for I haven’t been playing no games that much I mostly been on YouTube so the only reason I could get banned for is calling my friend the n word but that can’t be it cuz that not harmful cuz that my friend and we call each other that all the time so I don’t know way I’m Permanently banned from communication multiplayer and social but i can fix this are y’all can unbanned me cuz I don’t think I did anything to anyone that I don’t know and the things I did to the people I know know it was a joke so plz unbanned me

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox,com for information about your ban, but even though you think that was harmless, that word is not allowed on the service.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review from there if eligible. In the future it's best to never give others access to your account.
