Communication Suspention

so over messages someone had used some inappropriate words towards me and I had told the man that calling me that bad insalt would get them banned and thy reported me and becuase the word ass got flagged I got suspended

Why did my account get suspended?

why did FBI T0XIC R4IN get banned for 9999 i talked on the phone and they said see y u were so i check and no reason nothing no new msges. someone told me they were going to ban me cuz i kicked them from the party and they did. cuz there wasnt any msgs in my email acc. plz unban me i have gold on tht acc and now i cnt play this is stupid

If you sent any profanity in an xbox live message you would receive a suspension even if the person told you to message them. When you signes up to xbox live you agreed to accept the terms of use so you will most likely have to wait until the suspension
ends. Please visit https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-gb

sign in and submit a case review to find out why you were suspended. There is nothing more that can be done on our ends.

unfortunately it is unlikely you would get unbanned for communication violations regardless of the reason for sending them, if the ban is over 24 hours then you might be eligible for the case review appeal, However communications violations rarely if ever
get removed.

The reason why you sent the message doesn't matter. You sent the message with your account, and if the message violated the code of conduct, you need to face the consequences.

Should you still think that the suspension is unjustified, and if the suspension lasts for more than 24 hours, you can go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and try to file a case review.

But do NOT waste your one chance of getting a case review by giving such a silly excuse like "My someone made me do it."

Id contact support and ask them how long you're banned for. They told me 2 weeks but i got unbanned before that

I contacted support and was told to post here and someone will reply with something that will allow me to dispute this maybe get it resolved

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

Console bans are not reviewable.

If the console suspension is temporary, you will have to wait it out. If it is permanent, then it will not be unbanned.
