I got banned and when I check the enforcement information there nothing there

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

To help you, I would recommend signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details along with checking if you're eligible to file a case review.

Sorry for your issue. When your son got an ban that means that he must write or say to the other Player which Was against the ToS or CoC. You could go to enforcement.xbox.com and check if the case is open to an review. If its not there is nothing you can
do. Normally you would get a message on the account which got the ban. You could check that for information too. The Enforcement Team checks every report they got. There is no ban if the gamer has done nothing wrong.

i got banned today... no details given... didn't even play xbox ... just Apex... after i got tired ... i open the xbox game bar... and nothing shows

when i try sign in... it says my account was banned

i check the enforcement team page... it says permanent ban and no details given...

who gave them such power again?

Also when I check the enforcement page it says no active ban previous or any of them at all so there is literally nothing saying why I was banned

If you violated the Code of Conduct in anyway and the enforcement team did an investigation then they will put an action against the reporting party too. Most common reason would be retaliation, responding back in away that violates the code. Rule of
thumb is never respond, report and block.
