my brother is at collage and was playing on my xbox whilst I was at school, he has sent some messages that are rude and he has got my account suspended - please help to unban me

my cousin was on my Xbox and he cussed at someone on the messenger and they banned me .. I can't play online now cause of my cousin .. can't you take off my suspension please .. it wasn't me who cussed

Just to add everything that was said already, you are responsible for your account at all times. Its not you that is getting banned its your account that was use to commit a violation for Et does not know if it was you or not using the account.

You can try a Case Review at enforcement.xbox.com but they will most likely still enforce it seeing as how it is your account and he would need your permission to use it therefore his actions are your responsibility.

But I got banned for no reason. I got a ban on the 6th April for something legitimate however I got another ban on the 7th April with the same account even though I wasn't able to play on it. It doesn't make any sense to me.

You can try submitting a case review at http://enforceent.xbox.com but you are responsible for your account at all times. It also violates the code of conduct to let anyone else use your account. You should change your password.
