    I got banned a week ago and I got unbanned a hour ago and I still can't hear my friends


    Can u find this Microsoft the whole point of being banned and unbanned is so when your banned u cant talk to your friends the whole point of being unbanned IS SO U CAN TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!

    I got voice communication banned for 2 weeks then I got unbanned a few days ago. But whenever I try to send a message or join a friends party it says because of your past behavior you can't do this. I really wanna play with my friends

    XBOX NEED TO LOOK INTO COMMUNICATION BANS INSTEAD OF JUST INSTANTLY BANNING YOU!?

    It can't be for something I did months ago cause I already got banned twice before and one of them was about two weeks ago so how could it not be from the message my friend reported?

    Ban is lifted but restrictions are still there

    Hi,

    Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours or so to reflect the lift.

    Can you redownload your Gamertag profile onto your Xbox again and see if that resolves the issue?

    I have already tried this. It has been a WEEK since the ban was "lifted"
    I am the exact same got suspended a month ago the ban date was up two weeks ago but I still can't send messages or hear people.. I can play most games online but not pro clubs on fifa.
