i got baned because i kille da few players in a pvp game

ok so me and my friend were playing gta messing around trying to level up so we went and started to have fun with some of the players and we killed them a few times they started swearing at us and threatening us and reported me for for no reason being other
than i killed them a few times in an online pvp game please explain to me how this is fair when we were doing what the game intended people to do?

I got baned because of a kid being rude and he did not like me and reported me with his friends and i got communication baned and he was calling every one a squeaker.Can you get me unbaned please

like i honestly dont see the issue because i also said 2 swears in chat because he kept saying crap to me and saying offensive stuff to me but i get the bann because i reacted in a way that the person should not even care about if they are old enouth to
play a m rated game

 

It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, which profanity does, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report the other person and block communications with them.
