So today I got ban at 13:34 I think and so I got ban because after several time of a girl named [mod removed] have been rasiste and harassment she have been doing on me I responded with words I regret so I get ban for one thing I said but for everything she has does to me she isn’t got ban I got screenshot of thing she said to me in French because we are and nothing happened to are all day right after I got ban she send me oh so why aren’t you responding and now 48m ago she said so you get ban or what good for you I regret the things I said and that’s the difference between us she don’t because she keeps telling me things like that I was gonna say sorry right on the way but I saw I was ban so I haven’t be able to send it please do something on this

It doesn't matter who starts it. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct you can be suspended. In the future, just report and block instead of responding.

And I just saw my Appel was denied so I beg Microsoft administration to do something I know I will probably not get unban because of all the ban I got when i was younger I just want her to be punished like I do for something I really regret

When it's a console ban it's not exactly tied to an account ban. Because of privacy reasons, Microsoft would not let you know who was the person who got the console banned and as stated above, there is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans and they are the ones who handle bans.
