I got ban for something I don't do

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http;//enforcement.xbox.com

Just because someone reports you does not mean that you will get suspended. when a report is made it gets sent to the enforcement team who will then investigate it if there was a violation of the terms of use/code of conduct then that is when they put the
suspension onto the account. if there was no violation then there would be no suspension put onto the account.

If you feel you have been wrongly suspended you can sign in at enforcement.xbox.com and file for a case review.

The enforcement team does not monitor these forums they only handle things through their website.
