I got Assasins Creed with my console purchase in 2017 but now it wont launch from game list

i got Assassins Creed free with my console purchase as redeem code it has been working for a long time but now it wont launch from my games list when i search it games store it says "installed" please help

- Could you tell me exactly what happens when you try to launch the game? do you receive any error codes/messages?

Assasins creed 3 will be the best in my opinion. but from the ones out so far i like assasins creed 2.
