I got an Unfair account suspension that is way too long

2 or 3 days ago I was playing forza with some random people and they were doing some unfair stuff so said something about it and left...seconds after I get a message from the leader saying that I was trash...so I simply say ok and he responded with more harassment so I told him to stop...and I called him a "rag" and went to sleep but I guess my auto correct sent it with an F instead of an R and now I'm on a 2 week suspension, I sent an appeal and it got denied even when i told them my auto correct changed it, now I'm only able to watch YouTube...I'm getting very tired of YouTube so what should I do now, I feel like I shouldn't be held accountable because of my phones auto correct

As others have stated, the Enforcement Team has been around fo a long time and will likely remain for a long time to come.

Cheating or hacking is never acceptable as it makes for a miserable and unfair experience for honest players. Permanent bans for cheaters and hackers is definitely warranted.

Suspension durations usually escalate with repeat offenses until eventually a permanent suspension is issued if the account holder refuses to modify their behaviour to follow the Code of Conduct.

I'm guessing you said or messaged something way more offensive than Coward to warrant a permanent suspension.

So you're telling me they see that my account is currently serving a suspension in which I am unable to communicate further, so they decide to add a new suspension thats twice as long. Seems a bit unfair to me. Especially considering it wasn't even me who
violated the rules.

To add to the above, support are not allowed to assist with bans, they are restricted from assisting, only the woke enforcement team and the AI operate it and they have no other way of contact other than the one review.
