I got an email from from xbox safety notification

Thank you tommy a, but my case review was denied and i was just trying to contact the enforcement team for this shuck **** ban, also i’ve gotten no responses about my appeal so idk

Did you get an email notification from the family safety team or an Xbox message that informs you about your suspension?

I would reply to the last email you got from them.

if that isn't possible go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

click the Contact us button

select Family and online safety as the category

select I want to protect my account as the topic

skip the Covid notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Request a call

you should get a phone call back from Support and you can then explain your problem
