I got an email for an enforcement action where do i find the actual violation

Sorry but the enforcement team does not follow this forum. Microsofts enforcement team does investigate every report that is filed to determine if there is any violations of the code of conduct. If they find any violations the to enact appropriate enforcement
actions. Just because you report someone does not mean you get a notifications of any enforcement actions that where given out.

If your gamerpic violated any part of the code of conduct it will get an enforcement action on it. The one I have seen the most is do to copyright violations where picture for the internet are used without getting permission from the owner of the image

I’ve seen you post a reply before that stated 5 suspensions can lead to a permanent ban but I wondered where you got that information, I’ve seen a few posts say you can get permanently banned in the first violation, with no violation or even after ten violations.

The information came from previous information provided by the enforcement team and just history of enforcement issues posted on these forums.

It's not possible to get more than 1 appeal. Support doesn't handle enforcement actions so chatting with an agent wouldn't do anything. As noted here.

Apologies, but once you have been removed, that's the end of it. You more then likely got removed for violating the Ambassador Community Standards, and Enforcement action was taken upon your account by the XBLPET, or you violated one or more of the Xbox Forum
