In regards to your enforcement action, you can simply sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to possibly file a case review.

You would need to log on to the enforcement site HERE for info on your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team do not use the forums.

In situations like that, it's best to file a complaint on them so the enforcement team will investigate them and take action instead of responding to them. It's also not a good idea to post the offensive messages on the forums.

my account suspended from 12 september to 27 september

and i try from yesterday to submit a case review but i failed answer

then he tell me to wait 24 hour

I do not see any reason why I answer because I'm sure I did not and will not break Microsoft's rules

and the xbox support can see everything in my profile to make sure I did not break Microsoft's rules

please help me to unsuspension my account
