I got aa status code ox1040040002008064. Networ behind a cone nat.

There are a few options you can try to perhaps help.

Start by heading on over to settings on your console,
network settings now look for test network. Once that completes. Click the next option
test multiplayer connection.

Now see what it says after that test. While you are still in network settings. Look for
advanced settings, alternate mac address, clear.

This will prompt your console to automatically restart, so don't be alarmed. Once the console has restarted, see if that has helped.

if that doesn't seem to help.

Lets do a complete shut down of your console.

Hold your finger on the power button, until the console powers down. Unplug the console and allow it to rest for a good few moments, typically 5 is good. Now while this is happening you can go ahead and restarting your router.

Plug your console in and start everything back up. Hopefully that might help.

Yesterday I had also tried placing my wife's Xbox in the DMZ on our Cisco e1200. That didn't work either.
