I got a Xbox gift card and every time I try to pay for it to get V bucks it says error

Im from brazil, im trying to get 5k v-bucks, no i redeemed the gift card around 6 hours ago, it show the balance when i go to microsoft website.

But i dont know how to pay using microsoft balance in xbox store!!!

I just bought V Bucks for Fort Nite and the purchase went through and the funds were taken off my gift card but I didnt get my V Bucks!!!
