    Game Pass is a subscription service so it needs a payment method to use it. The one month free is like a free trial and, at the end of the trial, you will be charged for monthly game pass unless cancelled.

    Hello i have the same problem i checked the device included section xbox but it wasnt there im pretty sure it couldnt have been a expiry date cuz i just bought my laptop last week and it said that it would expire in 2025 last time i checked the gamepass was there on the 1st day but i didnt claim it thinking i could claim it in the future instead but now its gone
