I got a two day suspension and i’m not exactly sure why.

Lastly, I understand you may feel frustrated, however, it is critical to clarify that no one in the community forums or someone from Microsoft support is capable of assisting with enforcement actions or discussing the reasons you received one.

Additionally, it's important to mention that when you create a LFG post, it's not allowed to mention that you will trade any kind of in-game item, or that you will give X item, etc. This is because LFG posts are not intended for any kind of trading, just to search for people you want to play a certain game.

I received a code for £5 two days ago. I am not signed up to any Microsoft newsletter, a friend of mine also got it as well. I am not sure how or why exactly they are awarded. It was a nice gesture in my opinion.

When I went to go and play my game it said that my account was suspended which I knew that from 3 days prior it was at that time just for communication reasons which would’ve been fine but I’m not sure why they decided to suspend me online days after they
originally suspended me. But I’m pretty sure when I went to go play it just said my account was suspended, I just dont get why playing online is suspended if its not listed under the suspension list on the enforcement page.
