I got a suspension it says 1:08 to 5:08 but I wasn't up at the time I had to go to be at 10:30

Suspensions aren't always given at the same time the action took place. The suspension could be for something that took place days or weeks before that.

OK, so instead of taking my console to my parents house i got my ISP (Sky) to send me a brand new router by claiming my old one was totally broke. It arrived this morning. Now basically the situation is that i turned on the xbox and everything seemed fine,
I had it on for a good hour at least and there were no disconnections or anything of the sort, checked router logs during this time and nothing, no links dropping or anything, empty log, great.

But when i turned the console off into "instant on" mode and then checked the logs i gert this constantly:

So basically my question becomes this; is it fixed or isn't it? is this normal behaviour for the console and router to be having while turned of in instant on mode? you will also notice in the new logs that now instead of just getting "Link Down - Link up
100MPS" i am getting "Link up 10MPS" sometimes, I never had this before on the old router.

So is it just coincidence that the console worked for an hour while i had it powered on? (i did sometimes used to get it where it would seemingly work for a perioid of time). It seems pretty definitive now that that this router behavior only happens while
the console is powered off in "instant On" mode, since I am still under warranty do you suggest that there may still be an issue with the console that is worth sending it in for, or can someone who is more tech saviey tell me that this router behaviour between
the console and router is normal? Again no other devices connected through ethernet cause this "Link down - Link Up" behaviour.

I've been reading the forums for the past day as im in the same boat, I rang up about 5 times yesterday, i was hung up on twice, i got through at 17:00 and they said it will definately come tonight but they deliver until 7. so i waited, then nothing. rang
up again, and i got through to a customer complaining about garden furniture? cheeky little chat with her ? then finally they kept me on hold till after 8:00 at which point they were shut......

rang them this morning explained i had to stay in all day, i was hung up on, offered a £10 e-voucher and their apologies.. as well as.. 'definately come today'. we'll see!

Mine is saying out for Delivery so I don't know whether that means the driver has picked them up, in which case where has this self employed driver been from 5 until now because I haven't got it, or whether it's just ready to be delivered or what :S The lady
who delivers ours is just a Mom in a hatchback.

With the free £10 I've managed to get our expected child some sleepsuits

Names can be changed but the commentry still says Mersyside Reds etc; thats just really annoying! Like i said i'll give the demo a go but i'll not hold my breath on it being the #1 football game.

I'm pretty sure the commentators haven't said the fake team names since atleast 2008, maybe even PES 6, lol. They only say the licensed teams, though there's an option to import a sound clip of a name for them to say, but it's pretty hard to get a clear
clip of John Champion saying team names without any background noise... The commentary sucks anyway, so it's not that big a deal.

I hate the unlicensed things as much as everyone else. I can't even play exhibition matches until I have sorted names/kit's out. Which is why I buy it for the PS3, as it's all done within 10 minutes.
