i got a suspension for a dumb reason while using LFG

Would be great to assist you on this one, but unfortunately no one here including Microsoft customer support is capable to assist you with suspensions or enforcement actions.

Because is not possible to access to your account and enforcement details.

But just to let you know, if your suspension last 48 hours, is not possible to undo or appeal to it, because the enforcement team takes up to 72 hours to review your ticket
And enforcement actions are not always issued based in your recent activity

short suspensions can not be appealed.

The most often reason is the misuse of Lfg posts for recruiting, trading etc.

Could it be that you recently wrote a Lfg post ?

Yeah,that'll be the reason.

You can't advertise/recruit for servers in LFG posts.

As Nursemorph said,a lfg post can only say "looking for X amount of people,8pm start" for example.

Anything else will most likely end up with a suspension.

LFG suspensions are usually 48 hours or less so are not eligible for a case review.
