I got a serious situation going on, that's pretty lengthy in details.

Okay so please don't mind this post like the title says I have a serious situation going on, I've been at this since October 1st 2020 of last month till now Non-Stop trying to get a hold of the right person.

I'll start out by saying this, there's nothing wrong with my Xbox live account, no violations no suspensions nothing. So Xbox live enforcement would not be involved in this case. The problem is my account has been locked.

But you see there's a catch to it.

It's a compliance lock. Some of you might find this humorous like I did but I truly meant no harm it was not expecting the result that I got.

While back on my Xbox one x, I change my name to "Hugh Hefner" , Lol. The Hugh Hefner we all know, the one and only! Well after changing my name I was like oh I'm going to change my picture too. So I changed it to an awesome picture of Hugh Hefner in his
epic RED robe and his well-known Captain hat.

Me personally I got a kick out of it and I did have some finding it very funny as well.

Well now like I said since October 1st I've been on a mission to possibly get a hold of somebody that can unlock my account or find the reasoning of why my account got locked.n

I did manage to get ahold of the head supervisor of the account safety team, and I was told there was suspicious activity so my account was locked, also I verify my account at least a good 200 time since October 1st still no luck that's just through online
chat and talking on the phone.

a gentleman in Xbox live chat yesterday said the reason why I got a compliance lock is to do for impersonation, those who know who "Hugh Hefner" was know that he recently passed away.

how can I go about getting a hold of the correct person at Xbox to ask for a one-time on lock I'm 33 years old I follow the rules and I've never had any kind of issue like this the one time I think I'm doing something funny turns out I'm not and I'm trying
to reach out to Microsoft and apologize.

also we know that the new Xbox one series ex just came out I spend thousands of dollars on this account that I have on my Xbox one x, and I won't be able to access that on my Xbox one series x I would have to access it with separate HDMI port.

If anybody saying us has any advice for me or can direct me in the right direction please message back. It would be greatly appreciated.
