Discus and support i got a refund for game that kept asking me to purchase it now it appears in my owned games... in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i bought twice reborna vampire visual novel on the 9th of march it kept asking me to buy it but i got the refund for the game because i couldnt play it...     i got a refund for game that kept asking me to purchase it now it appears in my owned games...


    i bought twice reborna vampire visual novel on the 9th of march it kept asking me to buy it but i got the refund for the game because i couldnt play it but now it appears in my owned games in my full library how do i get it removed i dont want to get into trouble by having in my owned after already getting refund for it

    its uninstalled but the game is still there should I avoid installing it

    If you have got a refund for the game, and uninstalled it, then the game will be removed from your account automatically. Sometimes it can take a few days for it to be removed. You won't get into trouble having it on your account.

    why when ive bought 2 games on the store it has the price button instead of the install button

    I got the refund for the twice reborn game but the other day it appeared in my owned games in full library how do I get it removed from my owned games since I already got the refund

    Yeah the game is not in my all owned games section now as it had previously been. Now it only appears as a game pass title. & says can play or purchase to own. Whats weird is I had a backup code I hadn't used for the previous gears games that came with
    my Xbox one X Gears bundle. I'd previously got them when I purchased Gears Ultimate edition 5 years ago. I put the code in for Gears 3 & it says I own it. Give to friend? So idk. Microsost hopefully fixes this. Has me worried if thats how easy it is for your
    purchased digital products to become unpurchased.
