I got a permenant suspension for no reason

I got banned for really unfair reasons but I’m not even going to bother argueing about it .

So I made a new account but it’s still says I’m permanently suspended from xbox live. what can I do to resolve this as I have wasted money making a new account to find out I’m still suspended ?

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and filing a case review from there if eligible. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

I got a ban until 2/17/18 because I was playing "Ark: Survival Evolved" and while I was playing it you have to spend time playing Ark if u don't understand it. So my tribe was mad I didn't play and reported me and I just removed and blocked
them anyway I can get this reduced or something because I don't think this is fair. And I know I can get banned for message but in my messages I have done nothing wrong I would like my suspension to be reduced if possible or help because I think this was the
wrong reason.

I submitted a case review but I felt making a new account would be easier but as soon as I hooked up an xbox live subcrisption it came up again ‘notice of enforcement ‘ can someone please answer to this

 

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions/bans and they do not use the forums. If other accounts on the console are not working, it is possible the console could have been suspended. You can try contacting support and they can check that,
