I got a permanent suspension for no reason

You can find information about console bans at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/xbox-live-device-bans But there is no way to contact them and no way to have a console ban reversed.

It says you own it because you own a licence to play that game,you don't actually own the game.

It's exactly the same if you buy a game on disc.The disc contains the licence to play that game & that licence can be taken away at any point.Look it up if you don't believe me.
