So I was playing minecraft and it said xbox took action on your report and after that it said this account has been suspended I haven't done anything like what it says I have and I think it's a false report

The enforcement team are the only ones who deal with bans/suspensions.

Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

Also, still haven't received an email saying the investigation was started, but called support minutes ago and the nice lady told me the investigations team had control of it. No 30-day trial, no conformation. Love this system (sarcasm!). Account has been
locked, but no notes have been posted to the investigation report, which confirms my above statement that i guarantee you no one from xbox has done anything with my account since they suspended it. Locked it up before they started doing anything to it.

Yeah, as Hassassinade said, If you were banned, you would've gotten a notification, or when you try signing on, it would usually say, "Your account has been suspended etc."

http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about why and to see about submitting a case review.

If you haven't been suspended, then as long as you haven't done anything to violate the code of conduct, you won't be suspended.
