I got a groove music code but it expired before I got it

I got a Free 3 Month Groove Music Pass on the 14/09/17 and it had expired in Febuary and the Xbox Live message I recieved claimed it expired December 2017 I spoke to support and they told me to come here this is one of the messages i recieved,

Upon checking here on the code: 77JFT-QGCXM-F6G34-H236Y-6VGFZ that you have provided, I found out that it was for 3 months Music pass which has been activated last: 08/05/2017. However, the code itself has expired already last: 10/02/2017 which is why you
weren't able to activate it on your profile.

Free 3 months of groove with the purchase of 1

I never got my free 3 months of Groove music after buying one and since then it expired and I have not recieved 3 months free code I shouldve. Here's the reference number to my case No. [Mod Removed]

 

Trouble with Groove prepaid code

I redeemed my Microsoft Rewards Points to get 3 months of Groove music and 1 month of Groove music a few months ago. I tried to redeem them today and it stated they were expired. Can I please get a refund of my points or get Xbox live instead. I know Microsoft
is sending out emails to people who redeemed for Grooves passes, but I did mine a while ago so I might not get it. Here's a case number for more reference 1401577157
