The account you are posting with isn't a gold account so if it's the one you used then you will be charged.

If it was a different account then you would need to contact support

I preordered from BB on Oct 14. I got my ready to pickup email today and they charged my credit card.

Okay.. So I clicked Download to Xbox360 on the game page (Viva Piñata: TIP is the free game). It says in my account that I can add it to my download queue. I checked my credit card I used and it says I am charged $1. Why did I get charged??
