I got a email stating something about child account suspended

Just a friendly reminder though that we don't have information in regards to the enforcement action that your family member received for your own security and privacy but I am here to lead the way on where you can get more information regarding the enforcement and how you can prevent this from happening again.

You can simply sign in to https://enforcement.xbox.com to get more details and to possibly file a case review.

Also, if you're an organizer on a family group and a member was banned from your family, you will be receiving an email.

Seems I am unable to use this, as both email accounts (adult and child) are Microsoft accounts. I attempted, but got a message stating it was already linked to a account.

I might be missing something.

mmmhhh... I try this now, via xbox live web access (child account)

I can see the request 'suspended', i press Accept but a popup will cover the page: ERROR: It's impossible to complete now your request.

(or something like this, i'm italian ).

Nothing about the parent email... :|

MY account got suspended for no reason. I checked my email and i got no message about it. GamerTag is

You should have got an email about why you were suspended, look in the email,account linked to your Gamertag.
