Please make sure to hide or remove every personal information (email addresses, names, phone numbers, etc.).

Besides that, does the email sender domain ends in @gmail.com or similar? (Like @hotmail.com, outlook.com, @yahoo.com, etc.)

Usually, scam emails are sent from personal email addresses.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process. Since we

As I said in my post I don’t have access to my emergency phone or email number connected to my email I’m trying to gain back, i made my email 10years ago!

And I had an email from Microsoft saying someone’s tried to get into my account for saftey reasons I need to prove who I am. But I’ve given all the correct details plus recent emails and everything else it’s asked for down to my banking details that I pay monthly for up until last week

And it still says it doesn’t believe it’s me. Will not give me access to anything even the links you’ve sent me does not help.
