my friend was playing a game and got mad, sending someone a message. he got me a ban, can i fix that if i personally did not do anything?

Communication Ban Lifted but People Can't Hear Me

I was under a 24 hour communication ban and with that lifted I can now join parties and send messages, BUT no one can hear me. I went through the "fix" that the enforcement team posted but it was useless. They should not be banning people if they knew this
can happen. But anyway is there an ACTUAL fix?

Ban information

On oct 3rd I received a communication ban for no apparent reason. Then, 3 days later I received a second ban. This time, apparently I was sending threats and I was harrassing people. My question is how can I harrass and send threats if I cannot speak or
hear other players ? And no, I did not send threats before I got the communication ban. I Would like to know why have I received a communication ban and whisky did a get a second ban after that.

i just got two one for 24 hours that was lifted then on 26/12/17 i got another which ends in jan18 the second one i asked for a review but they upheld the ban the way xbox live have allowed people to ban other gamers is wrong because the second one i received
i didnt commit any communication offence in any description but got banned so the way xbox live is going it will result in gamers leaving because of wrongful accusations i believe i was given the second because i beat a gamer who happens to be an ambassador
xbox live have allowed people to be given bans by a small band of people of whom **** a force unto themselves many more innocent gamers will get bans because of this action by xbox live xbox need to review this system and xbox support should be the ones who
have the power to suspend or lift bans

How about you goto the same site you went for a review and read the faq

All the fake info you just posted will blow your mind how incorrect you are

Gamers can report you but they don't actually ban you

The enforcement team reviews those reports

And if they are false they get trashbinned and if spammed they get punished

Dispite all the false info you just gave

If they are correct you will get punished no matter who started it or if you implied it by hiding letters
