What do i do with a case number im really confused i dont know how to use it or what to do with it

It's so if you need to follow up with support about the issue you submitted, you give them the case number when you contact them again so they can look into it.

Yes. You would tell them you've already contacted them and you have a reference number.

I did but they don’t give me an option on phone or in the chat. Is there something i should say on the phone or in chat to get me there in case I’m not doing it correctly.
