Hi I am raising a concern because I got a Canada code from redeeming my xbox rewards and I have just recently moved to united states

Xbox gold live 12 months redeem code not working

I got a redeem code from bing rewards which was 12 months of Xbox live gold and the code is not redeeming I need help!!!!!

Change the region of a purchase

No.Things like live codes are region locked so you would need a live code for the U.S.

There is no way to make a code bought in Canada work on a U.S. based account.

The Xbox Rewards Program does not send codes. If you're referring to the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. There are no offers for your region that would have resulted in a code being sent to you. We also see you currently as a Canadian Rewards member due to you registering into the program with a Canadian Microsoft
Account, but again, this means that we would not have sent a code to you. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

I also have the same issue. I got it from Best Buy Canada. It is saying "Check the instructions that came with your code. You might need to redeem it on a different web page or device, or you may be ineligible to redeem this code."

"The code was damaged or corrupt" and listed letters and numbers that arent supposed to be in codes. (my code was fine) but i cant redeem it on uk or U.S whenever i change my account region (the game was gifted to me by a friend in the U.S)
