i got this ban for 2 weeks because I supposively used profane language and sexual content. I called Microsoft and they said that they have no proof to my suspension, an the enforcement team doesn't be look into the suspension unless ignore isn't filed.
I want th even enforcements team to respond to this.

My ban got lifted earlier today but xbox still wont let me talk. I've been waiting so i can talk and play with my friends on destiny 2. Come to find out xbox didn't post on my enforcement page or anything that they also made it so i cant talk till December
1st. I don't know why xbox is now hiding bans but its kinda crap, and there isn't really a way to contact the enforcement team so i'm stuck with a ban that lasts 3.5 months with is ridiculous. kinda wishing i went to play station right now.

This is unfair.

I got suspended for supposedly two weeks. I get on to submit a case review and get my response back. The decision was upheld. However, the enforcement team responder said that my ban was only a 7-day suspension. However, I get on Xbox today (Was banned Feb.
11) and the Xbox system still says 2/26.

So someone on the Enforcement Team tells me I was only issued a 7-day ban, yet the Xbox system tells me I'm banned until 2/26. How is that fair whatsoever? Especially since I have no way to contact the Enforcement Team other than a case review.

I’m having the same exact problem right now I got communication banned and on Enforcement it says 1 Week Communication and on Xbox it says Permanently Suspended.

Unfortunately the enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and the only way to contact them is via a case review on the enforcement site. You may want to check the email attached to your account as well to see if you got an email about the ban and see if you can respond to the email.

So you have been banned multiple times for 2 weeks? Is that right? multiple 2 week bans?

You do realize that the suspensions are progressive going from a day to a week to 2 weeks? Multiple 2 week suspensions used to lead to an outright account ban but under the new policy you can be banned a last time for up to 90 days. After that the ban is
permanent.

I would stop doing whatever it is you are doing to get banned in the first place as you probably don't have any more chances left.

No one gets banned for nothing.

No one here can help you as these are user forums and not Enforcement.

enforcement team do not use the forums and they are not contactable any other way apart from the enforcement site. basically you got baited to respond nastily and they just reported you and the auto ban got you.

next time do not respond, just report and move on.
