I got a 5 day communication ban and it wasn't me...

I was offline, 2 of my friends have my account on thier Xbox. I let them freely log in and play as they please. But one of my friends logged on to my account and sent himself a message saying "[mod removed] the sequel" bc that's just his humour... He then went and reported the message on his main account. Fast forward 30 minutes and I have a 5 day ban, is there anyway for me to get unbanned?

You can try submitting a case review at http://enforceent.xbox.com but you are responsible for your account at all times. It also violates the code of conduct to let anyone else use your account. You should change your password.

You can try a Case Review at enforcement.xbox.com but they will most likely still enforce it seeing as how it is your account and he would need your permission to use it therefore his actions are your responsibility.

Just to add everything that was said already, you are responsible for your account at all times. Its not you that is getting banned its your account that was use to commit a violation for Et does not know if it was you or not using the account.

This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME
