I got a 15 day ban and it doesn't tell me why.

I got a 15 day account ban and idk why. It says it's a full account ban. The last ban I got was a 2 day com ban cause my friends and family like to get on my account and do stuff. As annoying as it is I just dealt with it that time. But this isn't a com ban so I doubt someone got on my account and did something. There are no details on the enforcement action. There's no support either so idk what I'm supposed to do other than to wait the days for the appeal. I'm kinda just worried my family did get on my account and do something cause this is the only thing I get to do after work and not being able to do it for 15 days seems a little extreme.

Well is there anything I can do?This honestly feels like a mistake. Like if I did say something and get banned for it it should only affect communication based things like online play or parties according to xbox policy. But this is a full account ban. And the whole taking several days for an appeal is barely worth it. This ban is outside Xbox's own terms of service.

Are you saying I just have to sit here and wait and hope they fix this mistake within the next half month?

This happened to me also a couple days ago, I messaged somebody something that is inappropriate and all I should get is a 4 day ban from communication right? Nope. 2 days after I got banned for communication, I got a 15 day suspension. I don't know why Xbox did this. I completely understand why I got banned for communication, but a 15 day suspension? Also, my appeal was denied. Me sending a message that is inappropriate is not a consequence to a 15 day suspension. XBOX PLEASE GET BACK TO ME

Why would you ban my console? You provided 0 details for why I even got a 15 day ban in the first place. I will sue if you ban my console so don’t even try doing that.
