    Xbox sent me a promotion gift card and its not popping up in my messages or any where to redeem it

    There is no way to find out how and why they got the code.

    Again, it is randomly given.

    I got mine on Friday, it was messaged to me directly on xbox. Check your communication tab and go to the bottom where it says "Messages from Xbox Live". There was a message in there with a link to redeem a code, I was only rewarded a $5 gift card to Microsoft
    even though it was supposed to be $10.

    Battlefield 2042 Purchase

    I had a link pop up on my Xbox Home Screen that showed a offer to purchase Battlefield 2042 across Gen Bundle and receive a $10 gift card. After purchasing the game I haven’t received a gift card and can’t find the deal anywhere. I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what to do.
    I had the same pop-up on my Home Screen once, but did not take advantage of the offer and now I can’t get it to show up again. Does anyone know if that offer is being made anywhere else?

    I don't have an answer for you, but I'm wondering where this promo went too. Saw it once, didn't take advantage of it, and now I absolutely cannot find it.
