I got 5 prior suspensions on my xbox am i gonna get banned after next one

That would be entirely up to the enforcement team. There's no set number of suspensions you can receive before getting a permanent ban. You can get a permanent ban without have any prior suspensions.

They recently updated/moved the enforcement site and I think it's had some issues. It doesn't necessarily mean your enforcement history is clean.

The Enforcement Team does not use the forums and only they can respond to any enforcement actions they issue.

All the information about how suspensions are issued can be found on their site: https://enforcement.xbox.com. Keep in mind the suspension that was just issued may not be for the incident you describe.
It could have been for an incident that occurred prior to that.

I do know they don't answer any questions. And the suspension could NOT be anything prior due to the fact that I was just in banned 5 days prior from 2 weeks from November or can they back to back ban me for the prior infraction?
If yes why would they just not make the ban longer? Cause in my book that would not be correct to get unbanned be ok for a few days then banned straight again 10 minutes after someone reported me for simply talking to them. If so am I just supposed to report
anyone besides my friends that talk to me? I'd really like some sort of answer cause if I'm not allowed to talk to people or voice my opinion why would Xbox even make it so people can communicate with each other without being banned for saying 1 curse word.
Which brings me to another point of why I can get banned for simply talking but there are tons of people everyday that DO NOT get banned when they tell people to "kill themselves" or something like that? Which ive got many of messages like that which I do
report but nothing happens because I know for a fact you get a notification if the person you reported has been banned

No, that Profile is not part of the Xbox LIVE Policy Enforcement Team. You should File a Complaint if they sent you a Message stating they were a MS Employee. The real XBL PET will Perna-Ban a Profile for someone who claims they
are part of Enforcement when they are not.

All Xbox LIVE Employee's Profiles will have a Watermark designating them as an Employee. Just a fyi, "naming and shaming" or "calling out" is not allowed on the Forums.
