    I get the "your xbox needs to be restarted" error. What exactly does this mean?


    Title. I had never gotten this error until after I updated to this latest Alpha Skip Ahead update. I guess my first question is by some off chance does anyone else get this error? And what exactly does this error mean? I have an OG Xbox One and It's up there in age so it might be very well be close to kicking the bucket. Thanks for the responses ahead of time.

    Hi Marionette,

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Forums!

    That message is asking you to write down your address that you set up for your repair order. You will put down your first and last name in the boxes it required the information. Then fill out your home/billing address that was set up for the repair case.

    If you would like, you can also call ahead of time and visit their location to just pick up the package.
